A professional man 40ish, own company (employs 30 people), feels he is becoming sluggish and over weight (socialising with clients), feels he needs to make a change in his lifestyle as the business is growing.

If a person is not carefull any job can take over your whole life & family. So keeping a prospective on all elements going on around YOU is paramount. Helping a client to understand how to gain the most out of themselves and their capabilities within a time commitment, is an area i have background in.

Fitness is a great stress buster, with guidance. The Body and Brain are two separate elements that rely on each other - one supports the other and visa versa.
