Training Case Study 2

A 60ish lady needing to keep an active lifestyle following retirement & circumstances. Wanting to put a new prespective & goal in life.

On talking together and understanding the caperbilities of the body (not having carried out any real physical activities in the past) we started a training programme to cover the aspects talked over.

Then on looking forward to training sessions - no pain no gain - is not a rule I go with - just a good solid effort in an hours session the turn around can happen quite quickly.
